Dear Engr. Anwar,

Greetings. I hope this letter finds you well.

First and foremost, I would like to take this moment to thank you for giving me the opportunity to effectively assume
my role as a QAQC Engineer. I am greatly honored and appreciative of the experience I have gained during my
tenure in the Al Udeid Project since I joined QBEC in June 2019.

During this time, I am hopeful that I have proven my credibility and as witnessed that I have worked hard at all
instances and will continue to do so. I have learned a lot and achieved fruitful experiences that have attributed well
enough to my growth and learning in my position.

At present, being able to be a part of one of our biggest projects has been considered to be both rewarding and
fulfilling. Seeing the positive developments and outcomes of our project gives me the pleasure of promoting more in
achieving the best quality of work and dedication as required, thus, considering the continuous growth in business and
ever increasing workload.

In view of the above, I would like to request, at this time, for my position be reviewed and, thus, I believe this would be
an appropriate moment to also further request for a possible promotion / salary adjustment. Given the current
circumstances, I have been made to feel and hopeful that you are satisfied with my performance, work ethics,
adaptation, professionalism, drive, and positive changes that I have brought to our company, which leads me to hope
that my request will be considered and accepted.

This act of yours will greatly demonstrate the value I add that shall motivate me to continue to pursue more and to
increase my morale with greater enthusiasm and passion towards my work duties and responsibilities.
