My name is Genesis Garcia, and I am writing to express my genuine interest in the Quality
Assurance position at Azpired Inc. I believe my leadership skills and management skills will
help me excel as a QA in the company.

I was a Campus Ministry Coordinator from University of Cebu – Banilad Campus, I gained
strong leadership experience while leading the whole ministry with its activities. As a
coordinator, I planned the yearly activities and made decisions in a daily basis. I am best in
engaging with other people to motivate and encourage them especially during the dire times. I
was also used in multi-tasking tasks as I need to do almost all the works within the ministry. I
could apply these same skills towards the employees or co-league that I may interact in the
future.

Currently, I am working within the company for a year as a Data Entry Specialist. I am humble
to say that I did not have any major escalations from my work up to date. I was able to work in
almost all the task that was given to me with little supervision and accuracy.

Though I didn’t have any prior experience as a QA, I would love to grow with the company as I
believe that I could learn and drive towards excellence that would capture the client’s attention.
I will exert all my time and effort in learning the process and use the skills that is required for
the job.

I am very excited to learn more about the company and develop my skills further. Thank you
