Motivation Letter

Dear Sir/Madam
In January 2022, I graduated with GPA 3.72 from Islamic University of Indonesia with a Bachelor
of Engineering majoring in Environmental Engineering. I read your posting for the Pako
Manufacturing Development Program with great interest and I’m convinced that I would be a great
addition to your team.
My name is Sinta Ningsih, 23 years old. I have attended an certified internship as an Environmental
Monitoring Jr Officer at PT Semen Indonesia for 1 year (Oktober 2021 – Oktober 2022). I have
been involved in various kind of student activities in my faculty. I managed to balance my
academic and non-academic activities during my undergraduate program. I have a high GPA and
am active in various organizations. My involvement in many organizational activities has
improved my soft skills including communication skill, team work abilities, public motivating,
adaptation abilities, and time management skill.
In short term, I plan to take occupational safety and health certification and improve my skill in
planning design and GIS. While my long term career goal is to become a Safety Health and
Environmental (SHE) Supervisor in the manufacturing industry by developing my technical
abilities. I expect to get more experiences from the jobs that given to me. Second, one of my career
goals being a part of the biggest global company and have a direct connection with the other global
members, so that it will challange me to learn and adapt with the rapid development in the same
industry.
I believe that my strong educational background and my previous experience, make me an
appropriate candidate for this position. I strongly believe I can perform well all the delegated duties
and tasks. I consider myself that I have qualifications as you need. I have good motivation and
communication for progress and growing, adaptive, hard worker and eager to learn. I like to work
in a team, but I am also comfortable working on my own. I am not a great and perfect person, but
I always learn and try to be better than before. My best contribution will be given to your company
so that we could have a good work collaboration later.
