Why?

My work in the technology field for over two years has helped me gain valuable expertise and has
whetted my appetite to understand the business side of things. In furtherance, I believe for an effective
switchover, I need to understand better the nitty-gritty of cutting-edge managerial tools and techniques.
An MBA will provide me the learnings which will help me to make better decisions and profit for the
organization. I want to understand the nuances of business along with the importance of technology. I
want to increase my understanding of complex business problems from diverse perspectives and want
to develop new skills. My career goal is to work in such a company that provides a competitive
environment. Right now I am working on implementing the projects for the company, in the future, I
want to get projects for the company. I aspire to devote my work to an organization that can offer
challenges and opportunities for my growth.

Owing to the timely guidance and encouragement, I have always been a student who believed in setting
distinct goals and achieving them with brilliance. An early interest in computer science led me towards
an engineering degree. Also, being part of sports activities helped me understand and appreciate the
importance of team-building skills. My current role as a Software Professional Engineer involves
automation of manual testing and delivering a high-quality product to professional services teams. Here,
I learned vital skills such as professional etiquette, emotional intelligence, handling work-pressure and
time management.  In envisioning a career as a corporate leader in the industry, the skills (LEARNT IN )of
an MBA are precisely what is needed in order to assume a leadership role in this industry.

WHY ME ?
(As a student of IMT what I will bring to class will be my optimistic..)
I have some qualities that my companions can learn from me. First of them is my optimistic perspective
of life. I myself have faced some adversities in my personal life where I turned out to be a very strong
and determined person believing that everything will get better, we just need to work towards that
direction. Second of them is my sincerity. I always become an inspiration for my friends for being a very
hard-working and sincere person towards not only professional life but towards personal life too. The
third is TOWARDS HEALTHY LIFESTYLE . I have taught many people this skill and made them realize that
how can it be a stress buster as well as healthy.

I have(EXPIRENC) had job exposure. So it will still be easy for me adapt(& CONTRIBUTE) to the new

Engineer.

My experience at Samsung has taught me to be adaptable and manage team dynamics. As a student of
IMT, I will be a great team player, as well as, provide leadership when opportunity arises.

During my undergraduate degree, I have been an active participant in sports as well as organized many
travel events. Also, I have always been interested in and taken initiatives to teach children. These
initiatives have not only helped me towards personal growth, but also to cultivate a holistic mindset.

I believe in looking at the positive side of things and this has helped me to overcome challenges and
handle stressful situations in both professional and personal lives. If selected at IMT, I will greatly add to
