Subject: RESIGNATION DUE TO FINANCIAL ISSUE

Dear Sir,

I am writing you to officially tender my resignation from Design

Engineering System effective April19, 2019. This will serve as 1hrs
Short notice as required by the Labor Law because still I am on
probation period.

Working for Design Engineering System has been a wonderful

experience. I have grown in many ways here and will always treasure
the opportunities provided for me by the company. I feel that it is time
for a new challenge and experience.

I was busy with FIEDMC Project during stay with Organization So, all
Soft and Hard Copies of IPA 1 ~5 With all Supporting Documents is
already hand over to Site AQS and 1 Set is in Head office for records.

I would like to take this opportunity to extend my deepest gratitude to

the management and staff for all the support extended to me during
my stay.

I look forward to a favorable action on this matter.
