REGARDING
THE AMENDMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT REGULATION OF 2020 NUMBER
23 REGARDING THE implementation OF THE NATIONAL ECONOMY
RECOVERY TO SUPPORT THE STATE FINANCE POLICY AS THE PANDEMIC
CONTROLLING OF THE COVID-19 AND/OR TO FACE THE POTENTIAL RISK IN
THE NATIONAL ECONOMY AND/OR THE FINANCE SYSTEM STABILITY AS
WELL TO SAFE THE NATIONAL ECONOMY

ON BEHALF OF GOD

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

to consider: a. to execute the Article 11 section (7) of the Government

Regulation in Lieu of Law of 2020 Number 1 regarding
the State Finance Policy as the Pandemic Controlling
of the Covid-19 and/or to Face the Potential Risk in
the National Economy and/or the Finance System
Stability as Well to Safe the National Economy as
regulated in the Legislation of 2020 Number 2 regarding
to the Enactment of the Government Regulation in Lieu
of Law of 2020 Number 1 regarding the State Finance
Policy as the Pandemic Controlling of the Covid-19
and/or to Face the Potential Risk in the National
Economy and/or the Finance System Stability as Well
to Safe the National Economy, and has been enacted the
Government Regulation of 2020 Number 23 regarding the
Implementation of the National Economy Recovery to
Support the State Finance Policy as the Pandemic
Controlling of the Covid-19 And/Or to Face the
Potential Risk in the National Economy And/Or the

Finance System Stability as Well to Safe the National
Economy, it regulated 4 (four) Capital Aspect to
recovery the national economy, such like the Capital
Participation of the State, Deposit Facility,
Government Investment, and Guarantee;
b. To accelerate the Implementation of the policy and
national economy recovery need to adapt through the
provisions as said in letter a, by optimizing the
capital using as said above to rescue the national
economy, through by the expanding of the scope or
relaxing the conditions;
c. By virtue of the considerations as said in letter a,
and b, shall need to enact the Government Regulation
regarding the Amendment of the Government Regulation
of 2020 Number 23 regarding the Implementation of the
National Economy Recovery to Support the State Finance
Policy as the Pandemic Controlling of the Covid-19
And/Or to Face the Potential Risk in the National
Economy And/Or the Finance System Stability as Well
to safe the National Economy;
Legal Basic : 1. Article 5 section (2) Constitution of the Republic of
Indonesia of 1945;
2. The Legislation of the 2020 Number 2 regarding the
Enactment of Government Regulation in Lieu of Law of
2020 Number 1 regarding the State Finance Policy as
the Pandemic Controlling of the Covid-19 and/or to Face
the Potential Risk in the National Economy and/or the
Finance System Stability as Well to Safe the National
Economy become the Legislation (State Gazette of the
Republic of Indonesia of 2020 Number 134, Additional
State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number
6516);
3. The Government Regulation of 2020 Number 23 regarding
the Implementation of the National Economy Recovery
to Support the State Finance Policy as the Pandemic
Controlling of the Covid-19 And/Or to Face the

DECIDE:

to Enact: THE GOVERNMENT REGULATION REGARDING THE AMENDMENT OF

THE GOVERNMENT REGULATION OF 2020 NUMBER 23 REGARDING
THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE NATIONAL ECONOMY RECOVERY TO
SUPPORT THE STATE FINANCE POLICY AS THE PANDEMIC
CONTROLING OF THE COVID-19 AND/OR TO FACE THE POTENTIAL
RISK IN THE NATIONAL ECONOMY AND/OR THE FINANCE SYSTEM
STABILITY AS WELL TO SAFE THE NATIONAL ECONOMY

Article I
Some Provisions in the Government Regulation of 2020
Number 23 regarding the Implementation of the National
Economy Recovery to Support the State Finance Policy
as the Pandemic Controlling of the Covid-19 And/Or to
Face the Potential Risk in the National Economy And/Or
the Finance System Stability as Well to Safe the
National Economy (State Gazette of the Republic of
Indonesia of 2020 Number 131, Additional State Gazette
of the Republic of Indonesia Number 6514) shall be
amended as follows:

1. The Provisions number 2, number 5, number 12, and

number 13 of the Article 1 shall be amended, as:
