Children play is very important to them because they are not only learning but playing.

they learn to
understand each other feelings and moods What may seem to be nothing to adults is very important to
little ones it is their pretend time. The kids in the first story have a more structured play area and are
given specific toys to play with and they are in a confined area of play .It is a curriculum because it is a
routine play that is done on a regular basics children learn from other children. The adult role is to
encourage and then step back but encouraging them to solve their own problems. But always ready to
step in. Adults should refrain from interrupting the child that is really absorbed in play and is using their
skills and imagination .Caregivers must have sensitivity to recognize the intellectual value of the many
problems that arise during free play. Adults can be part of the play but they must remain in a playful
mode, open to what happens, without setting goals or playing for particular results.
