The application for the cancellation of the Student's Pass (STP) issued to the Student has been approved, and the STP is
cancelled with effect from 22 September 2017.

This document serves as a Visit Pass issued to the Student under regulation 12 of the Immigration Regulations. This Visit Pass is
valid from 22/09/2017 until 29/10/2017 or the last date on which the Students passport or other travel document is valid,
whichever is the earlier.

This Visit Pass is issued subject to the conditions that:

(a) the Student shall not engage in any form of paid employment or in any business, profession or occupation in Singapore
during the validity of this pass, unless he is the holder of a valid work pass issued under the Employment of Foreign Manpower
Act (Cap. 91A); and

(b) the Student shall not engage in any activity which, in the opinion of the Controller of Immigration, is detrimental to the
security and well-being of Singapore.

This document also serves as an embarkation form for the Student.

This document should be printed for the Student to present together with his/her valid passport or other travel document to the
immigration officer for immigration clearance at the point of departure from Singapore. No Visit Pass will be physically endorsed on the
Students passport or other travel document.

Cancellation of Student's Pass and Issue of Visit Pass

If the Student is still holding on to his/her Disembarkation/Embarkation card and/or STP, he/she can surrender the
Disembarkation/Embarkation card and/or STP by the following means:

(a) delivering it to the Immigration officer at the point of departure from Singapore;

(b) sending it by registered post to Student's Pass Unit (Cancellation of STP), Immigration & Checkpoints Authority, 10
Kallang Road, Singapore 208718; or

(c) depositing it in the Drop-boxes located at the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority Building, 10 Kallang Road, Singapore
208718.

If any clarification is required on the cancellation of the Students STP and/or the validity of this Visit Pass, please call the
Immigration & Checkpoints Authority Call Centre at Tel: 63916100.

Warning:
Overstaying is an immigration offence. If the Student overstay, he/she may be subjected to a composition fine or prosecution in
court.
