That document is crucial for the buyer. All numbers and
conditions above are subject to change without any notice. The
price depends on a lot of conditions and circumstances
(Quantity, Country where the assets are stored, Security-House,
SKR, condition, history, supporting-documents...) they will
define the price finally. The discussion about the price will only
happen between the Seller and the Buyer without any involved
third persons. Prices may change without notice -- but NOT
after Buyer/Seller Contract is signed. Take-Over Place will
be – in case of huge quantities – a security-house, to be
agreed with the buyer, the buyer will pay all the costs for
transport... We have got the prices shown above directly from
the buyer. But with the reservation that the final prices will be
determined and disclosed as soon as the acceptance of
submissions will be completed and the buyer has obtained an
overview about that matter. To be frank, we can’t belief in
these facts and figures! Please take these prices just as a rough,
provisional, unverified guideline! Payment Form of HARP: A
partial payment of 20% will be paid at the TTM (ceilled - in
maximum US$1 T) – rest of the money will be paid in monthly
installments over 10 – 15 Years (to be committed at the TTM).
Payment terms: 20% Down Payment with balance in structured
payment. Funds paid -- are ‘tax free’ -- as per the G20
Accord regarding Historic Asset Redemption. In
accordance with the originally intended purpose for the
Historic Assets, 80% of the Redemption amount of the assets
is to be used for Projects. Assuming Sellers are cooperative in
this plan, normally the Seller will immediately receive 20% of
each payment with 80% of the payment amount placed in an
Escrow Account. Please note, the applicant has nothing to pay
for the verification of the Assets or establishing of a bank-
account in advance. These costs will be paid from the revenue
of the sale. The package with the highest amount of Assets
will be taken at first, and so on. Before the Buyer starts he
never will contact the Seller. The applicable American Laws
allows the Buyer first to contact the Seller, when the amount
of the price is in the chosen executive Bank and the contract
is prepared. Order of Priorities:
1. Big volumes have very first priority
2. ZIMs & Dragon Notes and (have already been started
and ZIMs & Dragon submission will not be accepted
anymore by HARP)
3. NIQDs
4. Super-Petchilis (lower limit = 100pcs - will start soon)
5. Exotic Boxes (Golden Gun-, Golden Bible-Boxes, Golden
Palace, Golden Palaces….) will start after Super-Petchilis
6. Farmers & Liberty & TOV
7. FRNs
8. Black Eagles & Reorganization Bonds (not in
the foreseeable future)
