Giấy chứng nhận quyền sử dụng đất, quyền sở hữu nhà ở và tài sản khác gắn liền với đất số
CS557601 (số vào sổ CT 15739) do Sở Tài Nguyên và Môi Trường Tỉnh Bình Thuận cấp ngày
29/11/2019. Khoản phí này sẽ được Khách hàng thanh toán cho Công ty theo 2 hình thức:

+ Fee for extending the time of land use is under the applicable laws, when the land use term
expires under the Certificate of land use right, the ownership of houses and other land-attached
assets No. CS557601 (number entered book CT 15739) issued by Department of Natural Resources
and Environment of Binh Thuan Province on November 29, 2019. This fee will be paid by the
Customer to the Company in 2 forms:

Khách hàng thanh toán cho Công ty vào đợt thanh toán cuối cùng của PTTT (Khách hàng đã
nhận bàn giao căn hộ) được quy định trong hợp đồng mua bán Bất động sản; theo đó, khoản phí gia
hạn này dự kiến là 1.200.000 đồng/m2 được tính trên diện tích sử dụng Bất động sản thực tế (chưa
bao gồm VAT).

Customers pay the Company on the last payment of the Payment Method (Customer has received
the apartment) as prescribed in the Real estate trading contract; Accordingly, this renewal fee is
expected to be 1,200,000 VND / m2 calculated on the actual area of Real estate (excluding VAT).

Khách hàng thanh toán phí gia hạn vào thời điểm tối thiểu 06 (sáu) tháng trước khi hết thời
gian sử dụng đất quy định trong GCN quyền sử dụng đất, quyền sở hữu nhà ở và tài sản khác gắn
liền với đất số CS557601 (số vào sổ CT 15739) do Sở Tài Nguyên và Môi Trường Tỉnh Bình Thuận cấp
ngày 29/11/2019. Khoản phí gia hạn này được Khách hàng thanh toán cho Công ty theo thông báo
của Công ty tại thời điểm Công ty thực hiện thủ tục gia hạn thời gian sử dụng đất theo quy định của
Pháp luật và được tính theo diện tích sử dụng Bất động sản thực tế theo đơn giá gia hạn của nhà
nước.

Customers pay the renewal fee at least 06 (six) months before the expiry of the land use period
specified in the certificate of land use rights, the ownership of houses and other land-attached assets
No. CS557601 ( number recorded in CT 15739) issued by the Department of Natural Resources and
Environment of Binh Thuan Province on November 29, 2019. This renewal fee is paid by the
Customer to the Company according to the Company's announcement at the time the Company
carries out the procedures for extending the land use term under the applicable laws and is
calculated according to the area of real estate used under the government's renewal unit price.
