We have a monthly payment cycle of 45-50 days. It means all the assignments you are going to
complete in a particular month, the payment of those assignments will be freezes by the end of
that month and the payment will be made by 20th -25th of next month i.e. all the assignments
you are going to complete in the month of JULY the payment of completed assignment will be
freeze by the 31st July and the payment of completed assignments in July month will be made by
20th – 25TH August.

We have a standard base rate of 0.7-.080 paisa per word in Indian rupees (INR) and it will
vary for technical assignments and that’s 0.011$ per word (approx.). This goes up to certain
extent during peak season.

So whenever you go through any assignment please go through its requirements and not the
Topic i.e. mentioned because mapping of the subject is done by the student’s end so there are
quite good number of chances that it is mapped in wrong topic. So if you are 100% sure after
going through the requirements that you can do the task then only take that assignment. You
always have two options when you want to take the assignment one is of COMMIT and
another one is of APPLY.

You can choose the commit option if you are 100% sure that you can do the task and you are
comfortable with the proposed price and deadline and if you are not satisfied with the
proposed price of deadline you always have another option of apply in which you can apply
with your expected price and expected deadline.

In Case of COMMIT the assignment is directly assigned to you and you don’t have to wait for
its approval from the moderators, committed task will automatically move in your approved tab
and you can start working on it , but once you commit the task it’s your responsibility to deliver
it with in the given deadline.
In Case of APPLY the assignment is not directly assigned to you as in this case it’s a kind of Bid
, like you other experts will also apply with their expected price and deadline so in this case
moderators will choose which expert is going to take the assignment. If the applied task is
approved for you it will move in your “Approved Assignment” tab.

You are supposed to work over the assignments which are in your “Approved Assignment” tab.
Sometimes the assignment in approved tab might get unassigned to you in case where we
find that you have taken the task which is not of your approved expertise with us or student
demanded for the specific expert.

GOLDEN POINT:

If student is impressed by your work they can also tip you some extra dollars , so try to maintain
the best quality possible.

POINTS TO KEEP IN MIND:

Delayed in submission, asking for extension in deadline at the last moment, bad quality of
solution, backing out from the assignment after we lost considerable amount of time will result
into penalty. Penalty amount can be 30% or more depending upon task and situation. Also
10% TDS will be deducted from your earning as Tax Deduction at Source according to the
Indian Taxation Law.

You are not supposed to share your personal details with the student, if you do your account will
be removed and payment will be hold.

Also please upload your bank details before the end of the month or else your payment will
get delayed in case of delay in updating of your bank details and in place of uploading the pic
of cancelled cheque you can upload the pic of first page of your passbook or any screenshot of
E-statement.

No handwritten solution is allowed until and unless student specifically ask for it.
