It starts with the producer which supplies the ingredients needed then the
retailer/manufacturer which is the cookies n’ dream. For this part, The retailer first provides
the necessary information to the producer regarding the products that they will order.
After that, the producer then gives the ordered products to the retailer and then right
after, the retailer pays for it.

When customers place their order online the retailer will receive information from them and
in return, the retailer also provides information about the efficient time of delivery and the
mode of payment available. After that information is received by the retailer, it will be
forwarded to logistics, in return logistics will also inform the retailer if they can fetch the
order and address that the order/s is/ are received by customers. Aside from that, the
mode of payment will also have a flow; it depends on customers’ perceptions. Since the
retailer also allows customers to have it pick-up, both of them share information, the
customer can visibly view varieties of products and items available/ displayed and there is
a higher possibility of actually giving for payment.

Next is the 3rd party logistics to the customers. The 3rd party logistics will give the product
to the customer which he/she ordered. Then the customers will give the payment to the 3rd
party logistics if opt for cash payment. Then the 3rd party logistics will ask information
regarding the customer's location as well as the details. Moreover, the 3rd party logistics
will give information and details while delivering it to the customers.

Omni-channel is a way for the Cookies N' Dream to reach out
its customers. They advertise and market their products on
Facebook and Instagram or in social media in general.

Then for the customer pick up, it serves as an alternative way


for the customer to lower his expenses regarding the delivery
fee. If the customer thinks that the delivery fee is too high,
he/she will then pick up the product with his/her
convenience.
