1. Why is it that financial assistance to say for example Atty.

Reo (COVID19) took too long to be

actually received by the payee?

The Memorandum for processing Financial Assistance of Atty. Reo was dated August 18, 2020.
Although I received the Memorandum at August 25, 2020. I also process AP Voucher and
Disbursement Order on upon receipt of the document. Attached were the duplicate copies of
the processed document.

2. One day for a DO is too long, it should only be done in a matter of minutes?

My understanding of this was I used my entire day to process multiple DOs, so I thought it would
take one day to process them. I now changed my targets from “one day” to “upon receipt”

3. Show tangible prrofs that indeed you hit 2500 for example etc, so that your accomplishments
could be validated?

My 2500 target was based on my estimated target last semester as an Accounts Processor. I
changed my target to 1400 to properly proportionate to my estimates. Attached herewith were
my monitoring schedules for the semester.
