    Write a simple position paper revolving on the following debate proposition - 

    RESOLVED: THAT THE


    DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION MUST IMPOSE ACADEMIC FREEZE IN THE BASIC EDUCATION FOR SCHOOL
    YEAR 2020-2021.

    In this time of "new normal" way of living to this time of pandemic. I am one of these students/
    people agreeing to "academic freeze". From tuition fee, modular class with full of activities and learning
    in modules all alone. These are just few of hundred reasons why I agree to #YesToAcademicFreeze.

    Modular class, I am convincing myself to learn all my modules provided by my school. Reading all the
    papers, spending almost my whole day doing given tasks. Still I learn nothing, how could I use my
    prepared-course? if I don't have knowledge, wisdoms to be applied someday, Is this kind of modular or
    online class useful? Aside from being cautious, the given task pressuring us mentally, emotionally,
    financially and even physically affected us.

    Some educational related cases /crisis happened this time of pandemic. Example, a 20-year old student
    from Capiz died in a road accident on her way home looking for an internet connection. And also, a 20-
    year old student from Masbate had to climb mountain to get internet access for her online
    examinations. See, how bothering and pressuring these new-normal-classes are. Many provinces in our
    country have poor access in Internet connection/s. Some students need to provide gadgets relate to
    their classes. Some parents stop their work just to act as a teacher to their children. How about those
    parents who need to work daily? Parents who have more than 2-3 children needed a teacher? Those
    illiterate parents or guardians? How about those who depends their foods, needs to their daily income?
    These new-normal classes methods are all Anti-Poor. Briones, DepEd secretary must revoke her opinion
    optimism words that, 'education must continue even in time of online Education is for everyone, no
    student/s must have left behind. So, we must stop modular and online class methods or
    #NoStudentaLeftBehind if you don’t approve #Academic Freeze.

    I, Carl Andrei S Quilo giving my 100% supports to Academic Freeze. Before I can do evil things such as
    selling nude photo, commit suicide and too much pressures near to depression brought by this modular
    classes
