study examined eight independent variables of e-learning, MIS (system management);
classroom, teaching aid and library (learning environment) and hostel, sports facilities and
parking and transportation (infrastructure); and their impact on student academic
achievement, in UMK City Campus. The study employed a survey-questionnaire to gather data
concerning the facilities provided by UMK. The population of this study is the UMK students
in PC campus. The population is obtained from the Academic Administration Division of
UMK and there are about 4,000 students from Faculty of Entrepreneurship and Business and
Faculty of Hospitality, Tourism and Wellness. Finding of the study has revealed important
insights into the facilities that influence the academic achievement. The results found that
teaching aid and hostel are the most important facilities to influence academic
achievement of students

Syafinaz et al., (2019) examines the factors influencing students' under-performance in


an advanced financial reporting course. This study conducted a questionnaire survey on 83 final
year accounting students who had failed the advanced financial reporting course at least once.
The findings revealed that class attendance, curricular activities and internship experience are
associated with students' under-performance in this course.
