Risk Assessment

Wires

There are multiple health Risk Assessments when it comes to making the office scene for example there are multiple cameras in front and behind the desk scenes and if an actor
stands up from his chair they could send the chair flying and end up injuring another actor or a member of the crew. Another Risk Assessment is that there are multiple wires
running along the floor and behind the camera crew so if someone is walking fast then they might get their foot stuck under a wire and end up tripping up. These are all risk
assessments because if the scene is not safe then someone could get seriously injured and they might have to pull out the film production until they are fully recovered so this
will delay the timing and then it’ll cost more money to make the film as we still have to pay everyone for the time they are giving to us so they may pull their funding.

Camera Crew

There are multiple risk assessments that occur when this scene is being shot because there are a lot more props that are going to be used from the coffee table, sofa and TV. This
means that actors and film crew are going to have to take extra caution when they are in this area. They need to take extra caution because if they are moving about they might
hit themselves on a corner or a work top when they are acting. The actors and crew also need to give each other enough space when they are acting and filming because if one of
the cameras swing round and they are unaware that someone is there they could have a serious injury and even lead to concussion meaning that whoever was injured might be
out for a while meaning that we may be a crew member or an actor down so we will have to wait until they have recovered.
