Monthly Beadles’ Meeting

Venue: J5 Beachplace, Maiingit, Toledo City at 1:30 PM

The meeting was for the purpose of discussing the progress of the organization, in terms
of brotherhood strengthening and its economy.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
As agreed during the meeting:

 Every meeting the vision, mission and core values will be re-examined and will be
evaluated whether it is met by the group (looking through the activities that were done
for the previous month). For the purpose of keeping the organization on track of its
vision-mission statement
 On the vision of unifying the forSOAR in a national scale
o On new members who are not from Cebu City or not living within the vicinity of
Cebu, and who cannot join the meeting of the Cebu Chapter, cases like those in
Luzon. It is encouraged that they would create a community that would adapt
the vision, mission, and core values of the group, after having approved and
affiliated to ForSOAR de Filipinas.
o On those who want to join the community. The admission of the said applicant
shall be decided by the beadles and if approved he shall pay the lifetime
membership worth 1000 Pesos.
o On availing loans, a member of the community can only enjoy the economical
benefits of the group after participating in the FdF Activities for (3) three
consecutive months
 The activities of plotted by the forSOAR in the schedule of events is fixed, immovable,
and institutionalized, regardless of the number of those who can commit.
 The number of beadles is fixed
 On new investors a new system will be created for them.
 There is still a pending work on formulating the bylaws.
 The official name of the Newsletter is Flaming Heart.
 On April 24, 2021 the host family will be Bro. Larry Chiu, and on the same date the
Oathtaking and Amendment of Officers and Induction will be done.
