PROCEDURES

(JOPAY)

Surely there are a lot of paper waste in our house, instead of throwing it, we’re gonna show you how to
make use of it by creating a pen holder.

The things that you will need are Paper, scissors, glue, carton, brush and any materials that you want to
use for decoration

Procedures:

Fold the paper and then cut it into 4 parts. Repeat the step until you have enough pieces

Now take the brush and start rolling a sheet of paper, the brush is optional but it will make it easier for
you to roll the sheets

1. Glue the end of the rolled papers in order to keep it together, repeat the process until you create
enough rolls that you need

2. After rolling the papers, attach the roles together using a glue to create a slab

3. Repeat this step until you complete all the 4 corners of a box

4. Paste a paper to a carton, this carton would serve as a strong foundation for your pen holder
5. Glue the slabs on the carton using a glue stick for a sturdier build. If you don’t have glue stick you can
still use regular glue.

6. After that you now have your pen holder, now you have the freedom to let your creativity run wild.
Put whatever design you want on your pen holder.

There it is, a beautiful and easy craft which is useful in storing pens. Can you show us what you did? Just
comment your craft or tag us in your post! We’ll surely love to see it.

Template: (List style) Prepare the materials needed. Ruler, Pencil, A4 paper, Glue, Glue Stick, Glue Gun,
10-columnar or calendar, long stick (ting-ting), bottle caps, and strings.

There are three major processes for this output. First is to make a pentagon-style paper, second, use a
stick to cover the pentagon-style paper, and lastly, put a decorative design at the center of the
pentagon-style paper.

1) For the first process, measure the paper using a ruler. The length should be 29.7 cm and the
width will depend on the width of the ruler.
2) Use a pencil to mark the length and width. You can make at least five (5) markings for a
pentagon style.
3) Cut the papers based on the markings you made.
4) Then fold them in half and use a glue to stick the paper making it a ½ size. Repeat the step to the
other papers.
5) Afterwards, using the glue gun, put a melted glue stick on both ends of the papers in order to
connect each paper to the other papers.

Template: Note: You should be able to create a pentagon shape.

6) For the second process, use a longer paper (it can be a calendar or a 10-columnar paper).
Repeat the first step on the first process which is to measure and mark the paper using the
width of a ruler, however, the length will depend on the length of the paper you are going to
use.
7) Cut the papers based on the markings you have made.
8) Using the papers, cover the long stick (ting-ting). Use a glue or glue stick to avoid making the
paper detached on the stick. Cut the excess of the paper.
9) Repeat the step until you have made enough of them to cover the pentagon-style paper which
you have made in the first process.
10) Use a glue stick in doing this so that it may really stick on the pentagon-style paper.
11) To make it presentable, you can paint the pentagon-style paper using the color of your choice.
12) For the third process, use a plastic bottle caps of any soft drinks to make a decorative style
which you will put at the center of your pentagon-style paper.
13) You can make a wheel, a flower, or a shuriken out of the bottle caps.
14) Lastly, attach the battle caps at the center of the pentagon-style paper using the string and with
the help of glue sticks.
15) This is how your creative DIY output should look like. But we believe that if you followed your
own creative styles, yours would be much better and we love to see it on your social media
accounts by posting and tagging us.
