Reflection Paper

Last week, we were assigned to make our output in our OJT (work from home). Mr.
Estay told us that our new outputs can be found in Google Classroom in his Portal.
The Outputs that were making was all about the Deck Department.

In making this output we have to accomplish in making a Deck Department

Organizational Chart, a checklist in performing watch keeping procedures for ratings forming
part of the navigational watch, Duties and Responsibilities of a bridge look-out and last is
creating List at least 5 advantages and 5 dis advantages of incorporating FMBSS in the
training and assessment in acquiring Certificate of competency (Research). The last part was
very hard because when we try to search FMBSS it would appear FMVSS. I don’t know which
one of these is correct or wrong, maybe it’s just a typographical error. I followed what I’ve
found on google because there no websites that can be found about the FMBSS.

In conclusion, It was fun in making this output but a bit hard in some parts of the output. I have
learned many things that I can use as an instrument to boost my knowledge.
