Personal data collected will be used to get in touch with alumni on upcoming Australia
Global Alumni events, projects and opportunities, as well as in conducting research
about Australian alumni in the Philippines. It will be stored in a secure location in the
Australia Awards and Alumni Engagement Program - Philippines (AAAEP-P) office and
will only be accessed by the authorised AAAEP-P personnel. You have the right to ask
for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, as well as to ask for it to be
corrected if you think it is wrong. To do so, please contact
secretariat@australiaawardsphilippines.org or alumni.ph@dfat.gov.au.

By submitting below, I give permission to:

 share my contact information with the Australian Embassy in the Philippines and
with the Australia Awards and Alumni Engagement Program - Philippines
(AAAEP-P).
 use my Personal Information (personal data and photographs taken during
events) to be used for the publications and public relations activities in relation to
the Australian Government’s Australia Awards program.
 receive updates via email on various initiatives of the Australia Awards and
Australia Global Alumni program in the Philippines, which may include
newsletters, invitations to events/webinars, updates on projects and
opportunities, updates about other alumni
