After doing the activity, my stomach hurts and feels hard. It is a good way to strengthen the core region
of the body. Since the exercise is mainly focused on abs, doing the exercise daily will help build up the
abs and could even show six packs. And although it is great in dealing with abs, I noticed that when you
do it, you feel a tension on your neck due to it being stretched, so I recommend that people who have
neck injuries should minimize doing this exercise.
