It means 1 part cement, 1.5 parts sand (baluwa) and 3 parts aggregates
(roda) .
2. Grade of steel: Fe500

Specification regarding sizes of structural member

1. Size of footing: It varies so it will better to refer structural drawing.
2. Size of all columns(pillar): 12”*12”
3. Size of all primary beams: 9”*14”
4. Size of all secondary beams: 9”*12”
5. Size of lower and upper tie beam: 9”*12”
6. Overall Depth f slab: 5”

Specification regarding Rebar size

1. Footing: 12 mm diameter rebars.
2. Columns: 8 no. of bars of 16 mm diameter in each column.
3. Primary beams: 16mm and 12mm diameter bars. For detailing refer
structural drawing.
4. Secondary beams: 12mm diameter bars. For detailing refer structural
drawing.
5. Lower and upper tie beam: 12mm diameter bars. For detailing refer
structural drawing.
6. Staircase: 12mm-diameter main bars and 8mm-diameters distribution bar.
For detailing refer structural drawing.
7. Slab: 8mm-diameter bar for both main and distribution rebar. For
detailing refer structural drawing.
