What I Learned

I feel like I did not learn too much from this essay because I did feel a sense of being

rushed. The ratiocination’s you had us do was a fantastic idea but I do not know how I feel about

ratiocination 2. Ratiocination 2 goes by someone else’s judgement but if we are both confused

are not excellent writers, than it is hard to give advice or receive it rather than just conducting the

ratiocination 2 ourselves. My preliminary drafts were very rough and I was setting my

foundation of my essay but I knew that it would be changed juristically. My full rough draft was

much more cleaner with some of the ratiocinations and my own edits as well. By the full draft

essay, I had completed all of the edits I felt were necessary and added in your advice as well. I

also fixed my cited sources better than what they were throughout my preliminary and rough

draft span! I feel like your advice helped the most on revising my essay. Your notes are what you

are looking for and so if we make the changes you are asking then our paper can only improve

while also writing a good paper for you as every English teacher is different! I definitely learned

that editing is a key process to making an excellent essay but beyond that I still feel around the

same spot that I was before. I want to keep practicing and learning but with the pace we are

moving at I sometimes find it hard. I can ultimately reflect on all that we have done, especially

with our portfolio that we are making. I now have an archive I may go back and look at to help

learn about some things in a more comfortable position as the work is already done!
