It was as if | had no energy and I just didn't feel excited about anything anymore. To make matters worse, my confidence disappeared like a quarter ina magic show and my head was plagued with negative thoughts and self doubt. l imagined acquiring so much confidence and self belief that | rushed out of bed overflowing with youthful energy. Yet, here I was...A cripple who couldn't walk on his own...A pathetic wimp who had to call the nurse to feed him with tiny spoonfuls like a helpless baby. I felt like a shadow of the man I could be. | was left asking myself... “Will | ever become the man | always imagined I'd become? “Is it possible to build my confidence, self belief and happiness back up?" “Or am | destined for a life of mediocrity where my potential rots away with my ambitions?" That's when I decided to try anything that would help me feel better about myself... anything that could help me get rid of these negative thoughts that haunted my mind like a ghost... I tried medications but those results were short lived. As they left my bloodstream, negative thoughts came creeping back in rapidly... Which led me to spending hours a day declaring affirmations to myself but the moment I stopped saying them, the negative thinking patterns returned. This left me with my last method of going to therapy which felt like | was talking to a wall... that would only tell me things that | already knew I should be doing... I felt a gut-wrenching feeling that | could be so much further in life, consume me as I felt my potential sleeping away more and more with every passing second. To make matters worse, everyone on social media seemed to breeze their way through life without a care in the world... as if being happy and confident was effortless for them. Which made me question how | got trapped in this black hole of despair in the first place. I felt completely stuck, demoralized and hopeless.In fact, | thought something was wrong with me or that my brain was just programmed differently. That's when | uttered... ‘his Is The Last Time | Will Ever Feel This Way.. As | began to regain my strength little by little... I began studying brain science and transformational psychology. Simply put, | poured myself into researching how to overcome the negative thoughts, lack of self worth, and disappointment that was silently eating me alive from the inside. 1 applied all of this ancient wisdom to my life and the results were UNREAL! Everyday | woke up, I was more happy, ambitious and confident than the day before. Instead of feeling like | wasn't good enough, I felt powerful! It was at this moment that I realized it doesn't matter how stuck you may feel, how wrapped up in your own problems you are, or how much money you have... You can build a positive outlook on life and be confident IF you rewire your brain. Now, I want to hand you a brain rewiring trick to eliminate insecurities and limiting beliefs so that you wake up in a fun-loving attitude where you can easily joke with your friends, family and coworkers. Simply put, you'll enjoy life 3x more than before. So, what is this key secret? It is... being conscious of your thoughts. Now, the reason why this is so powerful is because your thoughts have a direct correlation on your mood. I mean, have you ever noticed that when you think of memories that you're fond of, you start to feel happy? (like when you won a sports game, aced a test or kissed your crush) Or have you noticed that when you think of memories you're not fond of, you start to feel sad? (like a time you said something embarrassing or failed a test) If you've never noticed that, i want you to test it out... Think of a time you excelled in life (for 30 seconds) and you'll quickly find that your mood elevates. Now, the mistake that most people make is they aren't conscious of their thoughts... And their mind is roaming on autopilot mode where they're plagued with negative thoughts that dampen their mood. (without them even realizing it) In fact, most people get to a point where they're battling emasculating feelings of: 1) Debilitating anxiety and self-doubt... 2) Crippling depression... 3) Being zapped of energy and vitality... 4) Suffering from uncontrollable procrastination that crushes your self-confidence... 5) Feeling worthless... 6) And knowing you're capable of so much more in life... Then, I'd find a second example similar to that. And as quickly as my attention moved, I became happi But again, the main focus here is that you have to first be conscious of your thoughts in order to replace the negative with positive thoughts.
