Banga Bakers Ltd (BBL), a sister concern of the PRAN-RFL group, incorporated on April 25, 2010,
under the company's act of 1994. Our processing plant is located in different locations of Dhaka. BBL
processes bakery items like cake, biscuit, bread, and engaged in domestic markets. Apart from the
bakery items, BBL also prepares sweets and fast food items. With 2018-19 sales of BDT 4,230.11
Million, BBL is merging ahead with a strong customer base, huge market demand, and respectable
brand image. To meet our increasing operating expenses, we would like to have Community Bank
Bangladesh Limited as our development partner.
Nature of facilities: Revolving Overdraft (OD) facility
Facility limit: BDT 200.00 Million
Preferred interest rate: 9% pa on quarterly rest basis
Security: Charge on floating assets, security cheques, director's personal
guarantee, Usual charge documents
