Performance Task normal this is
known as
“assessment”,
how are we going
to assess our
learners?
 For written test
we need to have
10 item per week
so we need 4
written test per
quarter and same
with the
performance
task.
Resolution/ Agreement As per D.O. 31 series School Principal
2020, Each teacher All Teachers
must have 4 Written
Test and 4 Performance
Task per quarter to
assess our individual
learners.
