Democratic or participative style of leadership.

With this leadership, the members of the family are more comfortable to open up with her and theri is a
great trust and understanding between each one of the family.

The leader can manage the family very well because there is a cooperation with everyone of the
members.

The best experience by applying this type of leadership is that she can see how strong their bond is as a
family where there seems to be a lighter environment around them and she can see how her children
shows her respect but also open up with her when they are under a stressful situation.

The criticism that the leader get is that sometimes her authority is not taken seriously because she's not
strict enough when handling different situation. She's not some one who's very intimidating that's why
sometimes her followers don't do their best when she gives them something to work on.

Something that she want to improve is that she wants to have more authority in times of making her
followers do something more seriously and she also wants to have more courage in voicing out things
yhat she may not like in what is happening in the household.
