to this case study?

Companies should realize that because of virtual offices, productive communication will be greatly
reduced. In addition, the next few retirements will affect the company's growth and income. Cutting down
on medical institutions will greatly reduce employees’ interest in working in the company.

What would the initial steps be to start planning for these changes?

The initial steps should include reducing staff, rather than switching to a virtual office altogether. The
hiring process should start thinking about the imminent retirement. In addition, due to reduced health
benefits, some compensation should be provided to employed employees to make them interested in
hiring.

What would your role be in implementing these changes? What would Jennifer’s role be?

My responsibilities include making the company's growth more profitable and productive. Put forward
ideas that will benefit not only the company’s interests but also its personal interests. Jennifer is the
manager and plays an important role in approving these changes and considering what is right and
beneficial to the company.
