We use

attitude adverbs to give information about the speaker’s feelings

about a situation being described.

The position of adverbs of attitude is quite flexible.

We can put them:

 At the beginning of the sentences;
 At the end of the sentences;
 Before a verb.

The most commonly used attitude adverbs are: certainly, clearly, frankly,

fortunately, honestly, hopefully, incredibly, naturally, obviously, really, simply,
surprisingly…

to put emphasis to his/her opinion about a situation.

Impersonal Phrase
Impersonal is as impersonal as it sounds, it is expressions that don't really
seem to have a person involved. In English, an example would be, 'It is cold
outside. ' 'It' is very impersonal in this context
