HikCentral FocSign

HikCentral FocSign is a software combined the functions of information release, face picture attendance and person
temperature screening.
The information release function supports material management, program creation, schedule management, release
management, cut-in, terminal management, etc. The face attendance check function supports attendance
configuration and management, including adding persons, configuring attendance parameters, calculating
attendance data, configuring face attendance camera and parameters, etc.

FocSign Management
● Supports static materials, including picture, video, audio, TXT file, document, static web page, APP, etc.
● Supports dynamic materials, including streaming server, network camera and URL.
● Supports uploading up to 10,000 material file, each file can not exceed 4 GB.
● Supports editing and viewing programs.
● Supports creating normal program, attendance program and people counting & temperature screening program.
● Supports managing up to 2,000 programs. Program’s resolution can not exceed 4K.
● Supports creating a loop schedule, customizing a schedule, or creating schedule by day, week.
● Supports managing up to 1,000 schedules.
● Supports cut-in program, releasing a program schedule and viewing release records.
● Supports managing up to 1,000 release records.
Storage Server
● Supports adding pStor server as storage server.
● Supports storing materials, alarm pictures, screenshot of terminal to pStor server.
Person
● Supports adding person group.
● Supports adding single person or importing persons in a batch.
● Supports managing up to 50,000 persons.
● Supports person self-registration.
● Supports adding access level and assign access level to persons.
● Supports applying access level settings to devices and clear access level settings.
Attendance
● Supports different attendance rules to meet multiple application scenarios, such as normal shift and man-hour
shift.
● Supports customizing overtime level and setting work hour rate for every overtime level.
● Supports flexible configuration of shift, shift schedule and timetable.
● Supports generating multiple types of attendance report, which can be selected flexibly
