Dear Gov,
Good day!
My name is Jilmar D. Ernesto taking up Bachelor of Science in Agriculture at Capiz State
University-Pontevedra Campus. I am writing this letter with reference to your scholarship program
that you offer to the deserving candidate. The financial condition of my family is very poor as my
mother is a housewife and my father is only a laborer and he is only the earning member of the
family.
My aim is to become an Agriculturist and serve the society and take myself in such a
position in career, where I can help the farmers to improve food sustainability and development. I
completed my secondary at Cabugcabug National High School. I may not able to have an honor but
still I want to finish my study to help my family.

I know that you will receive numerous applications for this scholarship. I am hoping that
you will consider my application and allow me to fulfill my dream of being an Agriculturist. The
agricultural field was seems to be common but yet challenging, however, I feel that I will have no
problem arising to this challenge. To be an agriculturist means everything to me.
