The law is perfect in all aspects because the intention of RA 6713 is clear, simple, strict

and ever protective on the best interests of the people and it also did not ask for responsibility,
integrity, competency, loyalty, patriotism and justice but it sought for the utmost of these virtues.
The strengths of the law are: it prevents corruption of public officials, penalizing violators of the
said law, as well as ensure the quality service rendered to the people improving the relationship
of the government and the people particularly in terms of trust. Its weaknesses would be on who
will constantly and effectively enforce RA 6713 since there’s no guarantee that the assigned
person to do the job would do it. Another thing would be RA 6713 would be used by a public
official in a way to dodge the question particularly on the question “what will you do as
senator?” That person could read RA 6713 and that he would automatically have the best answer
while dodging the question. If I can change something that would be the people who enforce it as
by in itself RA 6713 serves in the best interest and benefit of the people of our country in which
by having strict Implementation by the people in charge the said law would be effective and
cannot be taken advantage of.
