RA has been conducted and approved

Toolbox talk (stage 3 RA) has been conducted with all personnel involved in the operation
 The Rockwater 2 has been mobilized in accordance with mobilization procedure and has
completed DP trials in accordance with Rockwater 2 standard operating procedure.
 Saturation Divers are ready to perform the job.
 Vessel is in DP at correct position for transponder stand deployment.
 All required survey data is displayed on the ship Navigation screen.
 A beacon is attached to the crane wire.
Sub – Task #1 Divers Deployment

Insert a transponder fitted with a centralizing collar in frame

Note: - Control of the load must be kept with tag-lines
