NOTICE

It is evident to everyone that due to recent development of unprecedented spike in the

Covid cases, the whole country is facing acute shortage of hospitals with sufficient number of beds,
medical equipment and other medical aid. As the hospitals and clinics worldwide experience an
immense influx of patients every day, teleconsultation proves to be a blessing to the patients and
healthcare professionals alike.
2. The Competent Authority of GGSIP University is pleased to appoint Dr. Mehmood Azim, MD
(Physician) PDCR (CLIN RES), Sr. Consultant (Gen. Medicine), Specialist in Respiratory, Infectious & All
other Medical Illness as Consulting Doctor for tele-consultation & video consultation in addition to Dr.
P.K. Pathak (Specialist-Medicine) who is visiting the GGSIP University Medical Health Central on all
working days (Monday-Friday between 11:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m.) as per the following schedule:

Period : w.e.f. 26.04.2021 (initially for one month)

Tele-Consultation Timing : 03:00 p.m. to 05:00 p.m. (All 7 Days)

3. For the above Consultation, the employees of the GGSIP University are requested to follow the
following guidelines:

(i) To streamline/to avoid confusion, the process of all consultation would be made through
Dr. Anjali Shokeen (9868016343) and Dr. Vandana Singh (9871739578). Request will be
made through their respective phone numbers.

(ii) For facilitating diagnosis, it is requested that each employee should note their symptoms
and if they are on medication, keep the list of all medicines with them.

(iii) All employee should mention their employee ID and relationship with the patient for record
purposes as well as smooth functioning and process of consultation bills.
