Dear Dr. Severina B. Chin,

We formally request for your permission to access the library for an extended period outside
class hours.Because It has come to our attention that the limited access to the library has
made it difficult for us students to take the time we need in order to complete our tasks, be it
on essays, or for our research. The access to the library is an important factor in completing
these tasks. Thus, we formally ask you to give us permission to access it for an extended
period of time
