ENCLOSURE:

This authority entitles above agents to an overprice commission on the total agreed price
in case the sale is successfully concluded.

Specifically, be it understood further that any overprice made on the property should
automatically go to the above agents as an incentive. However, if the sale is lower than the
authorized price, but it is being approved by the undersigned seller, then the commission of the
above agents, which will be recomputed in excess of 250,000/Hectares remains in full.

This authority is not exclusive and does not supersede all authorities previously issued to
other agent/broker.

As a protection of the above agents, this authority carries a holdover clause, which makes
me liable to pay for their rightful commission in case their registered buyer, buy the same
property any time after the expiration of their authority.
