1.0 ABOUT COMPANY:

Al Alealamia provides ground handling services for all
international and domestic flights in Libya Six years ago ,
including travel, baggage handling, sorting and loading
services from and to the aircraft, providing aircraft towing
services, aircraft cleaning, traffic control, flight information,
aircraft load control and aircraft guidance for stopping and
departing. Reception and reception services at travel halls,
travel and tourist agencies, ticket sales, passenger services,
aircraft crews.
1.1 REQUIRMENTS:
We need passenger buses from the airport to the plane and
from the plane to the airport with the following specifications:
Of the type of diesel price of about 300 thousand dollars, the
length of 13000 mm and width of 2600 and height of 3200 mm
and weight of 13900 kg in a good arrangement of seats and
the number of passengers up to 110 people.
1.2 QUANTITIES:
We need 5 buses that are close to the above specifications.
1.3 Scope of work:
The company receives a lot of international and domestic
flights and passenger and cargo transport from the airport to
the plane and from the plane to the airport and we want to
provide transport buses so as not to put pressure on the
company and continue to provide excellent services.
1.4 Schedule:
•We need three buses in a period not exceeding three weeks.
•the remaining two buses can be received no later than two
months.
1.5 FINANCIAL TERMS:
Payment will be by bank wire transfers, full payment receipt
after we receive all the bus.
1.6 GENRAL TERMS:
We did not specify a specific type of bus but provided that this
type of bus has a maintenance agent and its spare parts are
available so that I can do maintenance periodically.
1.7 ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA:
Buses shall be of the required specifications or at least close
to specifications and delivered on time.
