The COVID-19 Pandemic Has Changed Education Forever. This Is How
Academics have had to adapt to this change, both by way of teaching, and
the assessment process. The general consensus is that home-learning
programs — although highly beneficial and a good alternative to school as
schools are closedit still require some getting used to by students, as it
is a novel concept and not many are experienced with them There are
some students on the other side are less fortunate situation and not well-
funded. This is because those students lack the devices and internet
access to be able to participate in online classes. But my heartfelt thanks
to The Education and Culture Ministry for introduced a (Learning at
Home) program through state-owned broadcaster TVRI (for the next
three months) and a platform called (Teachers Sharing),
providing creating learning and teaching materials.
Personally, I feel that online classes are a great alternative to normal in-
school classes. As a 8th grader participating in online classes right now, I
have been able to focus more and perform better.
The world is changing. Today’s crisis can open the door to new
opportunities: learning to use gadgets not only for fun, giving to students
a leading role, and achieving new standards of online learning are the
greatest of them.
Thank you.
