1. First the Technical department identifies the need of hiring, then the same gets
approved by concerned departments’ Head/Chief.
2. Once the hiring managers receives the approval, the request is then raised by HR
admin on HR Portal.
3. On that portal, the hiring manager prepares the job description and also prepares the
questions to be asked at the time of an interview/interaction with the candidate.
4. After the preparation of JD, HR admin post the job on various platforms like LinkedIn,
Naukri.com, Company’s official website etc.
5. Then the recruiter, shortlist the candidates on the basis of information given on their
Resumes and then further conduct phone screening for shortlisting the candidates
further.
6. After shortlisting the candidates, selected ones are called for technical round & HR
round.
7. After receiving the green signal from Hiring Manager, the recruiter makes the offer to
the candidate.
8. If the candidates accepts the offer, then he/she is further asked for a medical test.
9. After the getting the results, the final proposition is offered and the hiring process is
closed from hiring mangers’ end.
