APPLICATION FOR EXTENSION OF INTERIM BAIL

GRANTED BY THIS HON,BLE COURT VIDE ORDER DATED

19.06.2020 ON BEHALF OF ACCUSED DEEPAK KUMAR.

MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:-


1. That the trial out the present FIR is pending adjudication

before this Hon’ble court and the next date of hearing is

02.07.2021 and the same is fixed for framing of charge.

2. That the regular bail application no.522 of 2021 is pending

adjudication before this Hon’ble court and the next date of

hearing is 08.04.2021.

3. That the applicant/accused is on interim bail vide order

dated 19.06.2020 passed by this Hon’ble court and the

same has been extended vide order dated 27.03.2021

passed by this Hon’ble court.

4. That the Applicant / Accused Deepak Kumar is a peace

loving and law abiding citizen and has been falsely

implicated in this fabricated and concocted case. The

applicant/accused was working with the GENPACT.

5. That unfortunately the father of the applicant/accused

met with an accident which resulted in the fracture of

the bone/leg for which the applicant/accused took his

father to see the doctor because of severe pain and

plaster of the same was suggested and the plaster is still


there. On several occasions the applicant/accused took

his father to the Hospital as per prescription. On

06.04.2021 the father of the applicant/accused was

taken to the Lok Nayak Hospital where the patient was

again advised to visit the doctor after two weeks. Copy

of the Medical prescriptions has been annexed as

ANNEXURE-A1

6. That there is again unprecedented spike in the COVID

positive cases and the parents of the applicant/accused is

ailing and is very old.

7. That the parents of the applicant/accused are undergoing

treatment and medication and supposed to visit doctor even

and then and being very old they are prone to the Covid 19

virus.

8. That the applicant/accused has not misused or breached

any of the conditions of bail laid down by this Hon’ble

Court.

P R A Y E R
It is therefore, most respectfully prayed that the interim bail

of the applicant/accused may be extended on the earlier bail bond

for the period of two months, in the facts and circumstances of the

case and in the interest of justice.
