Asset 5) 25B Investor seeking a BCL trade:

Client is in a large Chinese mainland bank € 25Bi cash. The bank is
China Construction Bank, or another Chinese bank of similar caliber.
Unfortunately, the state has banned them, that they carry out SWIFT
operations to European or American banks. So there is no SWIFT.
Nevertheless, we want to bring this € 25Bi into the Program. Is it possible
that you can solve this problem? Is it possible to start a Normal Yield
Trade, with this money and bank?
The money is definitely there, both the investor and the bankers are ready.
However, we are only still talking about this, the mandate is not yet specific,
but it may soon be. I wonder, whether there is a solution to this problem.
