 AIM
This proposal is envisaged to discuss various scheme interconnected with counselling and
rehabilitation of street children for their better future .

WHY CHILDRENS ARE ON STREET?

• Poverty as a common factor
• To earn money for their family and themselves
• To escape from child institution
• To escape from work demands in the home

OBJECTIVES
• To provide street and working children , a childhood that they never experienced and help
them to become useful members of the society
• To provide basic literacy and facilities for those who wish to study further
• To provide health, recreation and counselling services
• To encourage street children to kindle their potential by providing creative opportunities
• To make available a secure place where street children can play and enjoy their childhood
• To provide them such an environment free from pollution , poison , lack of security ,
safety trap of gangs , drugs, many sexual exploration and dangerous disease
NEED AND IMPORTANCE OF PROJECT
The project, rehabilitation centre for street children provides all activities which
are regarded for child development such as physical , emotional and social
cultural that is obviously needed for the development of their future
