 Recall when to regroup in addition
 Identify the different methods of addition such a line equation, the column
addition
 Recognize the thousands units.
 Demonstrate the methods to be apply for the thousands units by using
the dice method activity

 Solve and Apply the Horizontal notion (vertical notion)

 Compose / derive the line equation ( vertical notion) and horizontal notion
from the activity dice game
o Divide the class into 4 groups, where each group contains of 4
members.
o Each member will take a turn while rotating clockwise to form the 4
digit number. Write the numbers
o Select any two groups and add their numbers by solving separately
o Check the answers collaboratively (where the leader of a group and
explains if any mistake were found.)
