Home Page

Any time you log into SalesTrak you will arrive at this Home page – your profile page. This is the hub of what goes on all around you. Here you can view your profile, access work,
communicate with your peers and supervisors, and much more. Let’s review what each segment can do for you.

A Your Photo - You have the option to add your photo. Your photo will be
available to all SalesTrak users, but not your entire profile page. All photos
must be head shots, professional and in accordance with CROSSMARK
policy. Just click the “Change Photo” button to upload a photo from one
A of your computer’s folders.

B Your Address - The address you see posted is the address we have in our
system. You are the only one who is able to see this address.

C My Support Network - My Support Network is where you can add other


C CROSSMARK associates to your network. This is an easy way to reach people
with whom you want to connect. By default you’ll see your supervisor
and his or her supervisor, the Retail Director or Divisional Manager. Their
displayed info cannot be removed.

D People In My Area - This shows you only other team members within a 60
mile radius of you. Here you can open channels of communication to ask
questions or share best practices.

E My Past Experiences - In this box you can type in your CROSSMARK work
experience. This info is visible only to you.

I F My Performance - This section gives you a quick view of your personal


performance & contribution to the success of the company in specific
areas. It will help ensure that your personal performance is at, or above
expectations. This information is for your previous week (Sun to Sat) and
will be refreshed every Sunday.

G Upcoming Schedule - This is where you can get a quick view of your
G schedule for up to a week in advance. If you click on the date it will show
you the task cover sheet for that day. And if you click on “Schedule More
Work”, it will take you to “My Schedule”.

H Work Available In My Area - This box is designed to give you a quick and
easy overview of what work is available for you to pick up in your area.
The driving distance you see on the far right corresponds with your profile
address. Clicking on the store will take you to assign and schedule work in
that store. (This box will not be visible for Dedicated Teams since they
are not set up for work-sharing.)

H J I User Community - The CROSSMARK User Community lets you


communicate and share project progress, feedback, tips and tricks, and
have other work related discussions with reps just like you.

J Best Practices - What kinds of business ideas, tips or tactics have you
had success with? Not only will we post our best practices but we want
to know yours too so we can share them with other reps. Email us at
