Now that we are in the midst of a global health crisis, it is essential that we should stay

indoors. However, this must not stop us from keeping our body as active as possible. Whether
we participate in various sports, dances, or exercises, we should always do our best for the sake
of our health. Thankfully, even though I am a busy college student, PE has helped me get
through my wellness journey - and it was indeed an exciting rollercoaster ride.
Volleyball, whether played indoors, on the grass, or on the beach, can be a great way to
stay healthy and fit. It's also a great way to stay social because it can be played with a single
partner or with an entire team. I have also realized that Volleyball does not require you to be
Alyssa Valdez or Rachel Anne Daquis to enjoy it. Volleyball is a fantastic sport that people of all
ages and skill levels can enjoy. It can be played all year because it can be played both indoors
and outside. Volleyball has many advantages aside from the pure enjoyment of the game. Aside
from that, it also teaches us how to develop perseverance, camaraderie, and the act of being
selfless. I am more than proud and happy that even in the small frame of time that I get to
experience volleyball for my PE, it has indeed contributed a myriad of things for my overall
health.
