11 years old child with a cardiac murmur

11 years old boy, a known case of Rheumatic heart disease, was found to have a decrescendo,
blowing diastolic murmur in parasternal region, in the 3 rd intercostal space left side on auscultation
of chest. Please comment on the other possible findings as per the outline given below:

2. Blood pressure

3. Apex beat
