The rationable that is being used in the classroom is a clip chart/ point

system, the clip chart/ point system will have up to 5 points. 5 points means that

the student had a fabulous day and they took part in class work and when above

and beyond, 4 points means that the student had a wonderful day, 3 points mean

that the student is ready to learn, 2 points means that the student was given a verbal

warning to fix their behavior, 1 point means that students were sent to a buddy

room and if their behavior is not corrected a phone call or email will be made.

Throughout the day students will be given the chance to fix their behavior

and mistakes and they will be able to gain points back and can move their clip up

the chart, and if students who are on 4 or 5 points, they still have the risk of being

moved down.

At the end of the day students points will be written down and at the end of

the month the points will be added up, there will be a block party students may

attend depending on the point they have earned, students must have 20 points to be

able to go to the party and students who have under 20 points will have to sit out

10 minutes or as long as the teachers decided and then they will be able to attend

the block party.
