We are Alpas Collective, a project of International Bible Church (IBC) - Hulo, we are
situated in San Jose, Mandaluyong wherein we have limited access to supermarkets. 

On March 28, 2020 we will distribute relief; like food supplies and basic necessities
to our community. The market that we will reach are the less fortunate and the ones
who lives of the streets. We are well aware that supermarkets has limits now, due to
the anti-hoarding rule that's been implemented in today's crisis. However we are
unable to source out outside Mandaluyong, so we are asking for your permission if
we could buy in bulk.

We are only eyeing to help 100 families around our community. Hence, we are
writing to you to ask your approval in this regard.
