WILL- Future Simple Tense

WILL se često skraćuje u ‘LL

I will open the window. - I'll open the window. She will come to the party.

Odrični: : SUBJEKAT + WILL NOT ( WON’T) + INFINITIV GLAGOLA

Upitni: WILL + SUBJEKAT + INFINITIV GLAGOLA

Upotreba:

1. za spontane odluke, odluke donete u trenutku (kad brzo, bez razmišljanja rešimo da uradimo nešto)

Npr: I am hungry. I’ll buy a sandwich.(Gladna sam. Kupiću sendvič.)

(The doorbell rings.Čuje se zvono na vratima.) I’ll get it. (Ja ću otvoriti vrata)

2. za predviđanja vezana za budućnost (bližu I dalju) I predviđanja zasnovana na našem ličnom mišljenju,
nadanju, verovanju (često posle glagola THINK (misliti), BELIEVE (verovati), HOPE (nadati se)...

pr:

Oliver will be back soon. Oliver će se uskoro vratiti.

We won’t be ready. Nećemo biti spremni.

I think it will snow tomorrow. Mislim da će sutra padati sneg.

I’m sure you’ll have a good time. Sigurna sam da ćeš se lepo provesti.

I don’t think Jane will be here tomorrow. Mislim da Džejn neće biti sutra ovde.

3. za ponude.(offers)

Your homework is very difficult. I’ll help you with it. Tvoj domaći je veoma težak.Pomoći ću ti oko njega.

4. za obećanja.(promises)

I promise I will study more. Obećavam da ću više učiti.

Don’t worry. I’ll feed your cat. Ne brini. Ja ću hraniti tvoju mačku.
5. Za činjenice u budućnosti, za nešto što će se desiti kao normalni tok stvari i na šta ne možemo da utičemo:

Kate will be 15 next Monday. Kejt će napuniti 15 godina sledećeg ponedeljka-

Your children will grow up one day.

You'll grow old one day and then you'll remember what I've told you.

I’m going to wash my car. Steve is going to study geography.

Odrični: I + AM NOT
He/ she/ it + ISN’T + GOING TO + INFINITIV
We/ you/ they + AREN’T

I’m not going to wash my car. Steve isn’t going to study geography.

Upitni: AM + I
IS + he/ she/ it + GOING TO + INFINITIV

he isn’t.

Upotreba:
1. for plans and intentions - za planove I namere, z a isplanirane radnje u bliskoj budućnosti- za nešto o čemu
smo razmišljali i planiramo da uradimo:

I'm going to buy a new car. Ben is going to move to Belgrade.

I’m going to clean my room tonight. Večeras ću očistiti svoju sobu.

I’m going to visit my friend next week. Posetiću svog prijatelja sledeće nedelje.

2. Za predvidjanje dogadjaja u bliskoj budućnosti na osnovu dokaza koje imamo u sadašnjosti (kad je očigledno
da će se nešto uskoro desiti)

Look at those dark clouds! It's going to rain. The cat is going to catch the mouse.
Lucy is pregnant. She is going to have a baby soon.
Look out! You’re going to spill that coffee. Pazi! Prosipaćeš tu kafu.

Glavna razlika između WILL i GOING TO je trenutak kada je odluka doneta i kada će se ostvariti.

Will se koristi za odluku donetu u trenutku, dok se going to upotrebljava za odluku donetu ranije tj. neki plan.
