service upon “CACTUS PLUMBING OF ADA, LLC”. (Case No. CJ-2018-61) The service was accepted and forwarded by

The registered agent was not noticed or served notice of civil matter, the date's on all the ''Court
Order's'' establishes record and evidence of fraud on the court or fraudulent process also Chance
branscum is operating as an attorney an attorney in fact or registered agent without standing, was
the SOS given notice prior to action as required

Section 143.1. Notice - Filing of lien statement – Fees
